Annetta Ovazza widow of di Capua was born in Milan in 1848 and died in 1906. She was the daughter of Tobia and Fortunata Milla. Tobia Ovazza was a shopkeeper born in Turin, who arrived in Milan in 1843. He was one of the investors in the Button Factory of Ambrogio Binda and Fortunata Milla and in the Cartiera Binda,
The Art Nouveau tomb is placed next to the De Benedetti monument of the same style. Bronze flowers come out of the flower holder while plants grow up the vertical part of the monument to a menorah surrounded by flowers.
