Anna Sacerdoti died at the age of 17 in 1924.

The sculptor Antonio Rescaldani, born in Milan in 1863 and who had graduated from Brera, is the author of numerous sculptures in the Catholic part of the Monumental Cemetery of Milan. The statue represents a sad-faced young woman with a bouquet of flowers in her hand.
