The aedicule was built by engineer Carlo Robecchi in 1879 for cav. Ippolito Leonino, brother of Abram Davide, and his family, in the shape of a neoclassical temple. A family crest with a lion holding the blessing hand of the Coens in its paw is sculpted above the door. This coat of arms is the same as that of Baron Abram Davide Leonino.
